Sandy founded ATC in 1966, and continues to be a hands-on leader striving to make sure each of our clients’ transcription experiences are second to none.
Michael started at ATC in January of 2006, and has been a tremendous leader in helping ATC grow to new levels. He attended Adelphi University and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (UMass). At UMass, he studied anthropology and East Asian Studies while further developing his passion for writing and photography.
Michael has over 20 years of experience with a focus on business development, marketing, and operations work-flow management, He is always working to improve and better ATC’s workflow management.
Russ joined ATC in 2010, took a two-year hiatus, and in April of 2016 joined us again as our bookkeeper. Russ has been married for 37 years, and brings his own sense of humor to the bookkeeping position. We’re not quite sure how else to describe him.
Lauren is our newest member of the ATC production team, having joined us in December 2016. Lauren has been a quick learner in all areas of the business where she brings her English language expertise for detailed transcript review. She is also adaptable to assisting with new client business which has helped us continue our pattern of growth.
Kris began at ATC as a transcriptionist in 2012, migrated into a Production Assistant to help on a large scale 2600 hour project in the first quarter of 2016, and became a Production Coordinator in November of 2016. Kris brings a knowledge and comprehension of the English language that is second to none (aside from his colleagues of course). Outside of ATC Kris is a freelance film journalist. His reviews, essays, interviews, and festival writeups have been seen in DigBoston, C-Ville Weekly, Newsweek, Paste, and Scout magazines.
Kristof started at ATC as a Production Coordinator in 2018. He is also a North Dakota native, a graduate of the University of North Dakota, a history buff, and a big fan of being a Dungeon Master in Dungeons and Dragons.
