• The cover letter and resume are important as we read through all the details of their lives. We also evaluate their use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling. The detail in their submissions reflects their commitment to 100% human transcription.
• We evaluate the cover letter for readability. Also, we are reading about all the details that the person is willing to share about themselves, their knowledge, and their life in general.

During our new transcriptionist onboarding process, just like with a New Client Onboarding Form, we require all transcriptionists to complete a packet with a plethora of information about themselves. This process ensures we can maintain our 100% human transcription standard and custom-match their human-transcriptionist-selves to each client recording.
