Multiple Speakers

ATC’s exceptional transcriptionists are well-versed in transcribing audio and video files that include multiple speakers. This type of content can be difficult to transcribe due to overlapping dialogue, simultaneous speech, microphone placement in relation to each speaker, ambient noise, and more. It can also be difficult to decipher who is speaking, especially with similar sounding voices, making speaker label identification challenging for the transcriptionist. ATC does not surcharge more for multiple speaker transcription, but it may take the transcriptionist longer to transcribe and in turn, there may be a higher cost if it takes longer to complete the file.
