The transcription process involves many crucial steps in order for us to achieve greater than 99% accuracy of your transcripts. It all begins with our meticulous onboarding process for transcriptionists. Candidates must demonstrate a typing speed of at least 80 wpm and submit a test transcript with at least 99% accuracy. Additionally, they provide insights into their background to help us custom-match them with suitable projects. This is how we achieve the best possible results for your project.

Once onboarded, our production team takes over. They have the meticulous job of receiving and setting up your files. This includes giving a quick listen, assigning them to the appropriate transcriptionist, and making sure any guidelines or proper noun and acronym lists accompany your files for your assigned transcriptionist. Upon receiving the final product, they will make sure that all guidelines and accuracy standards were followed.

As an add-on service, a member of our team will authenticate your transcript. This means that they will do a word for word listen through to make sure that:

• What was heard is what was spoken
• Any and all client guidelines have been adhered to
• Research was executed appropriately
