We also have a select group of freelance transcriptionists from across the U.S. who give us the added capacity to transcribe large projects to meet our demanding clients deadlines.

We can receive or provide for the receipt of an extensive array of audio and video formats from which we produce your transcripts. You can upload your digital files to us through our secure FTP service (at no cost to you), or send us your media via the mail. We have the capability to convert and/or work from an almost limitless variety of input formats.

We schedule our transcriptionists so that they are not afflicted with typing pool syndrome - low productivity brought on by long-term repetitive tasks - and they are not interrupted by phone calls or other usual office chores.
