Multiple Speakers

Are there more than one or two speakers? No problem! We handle transcription of focus groups, business meetings, and a wide range of multi-speaker recordings for marketing, technology, and legal conferences, conference calls, hearings.

Foreign Language

The Audio Transcription Center has the ability to transcribe audio not only in English but in many foreign languages as well. We are capable of both transcribing directly from foreign audio into foreign text and also combining transcription and translation, a process we call "translication," to produce a final transcript in English.

Indexing

Indexing offers a quick reference point to find keywords in a transcript. Indexing is most commonly used in legal transcripts for courtroom hearings, but is also helpful for those doing research, synching up text to a video and other types of transcripts as well.

Time Coding

Time coding offers a quick reference point to find a point in the transcripts, and sync it up with the audio or video file you are having transcribed. Our clients find time coding to be very helpful if they need to sync up text and audio, review a portion of the audio while reading the transcript (filling in words that were inaudible to the transcriptionist, but may be easier filled in by the interviewer), or if you're putting your transcript with online access with the audio and video files.
